Camp Descriptions:

Bulldog Futsal ID Camp – Sunday March 1, 2015
($105 – Open to all high school age girls)

The 2015 Ferris State Futsal ID Camp is designed to show prospective student athletes what it looks like to be a Ferris State soccer player in the colder months.  Our goal is to provide college bound soccer players an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities through games centered on speed of play, quick decision-making, competitiveness, and small group play.

All field players and goalkeepers will be evaluated by the Ferris State University Women's Soccer coaching staff and other elite coaches from around the state and region will be invited to add exposure for participants. The environment will be high-intensity which will simulate a practice session for the Ferris State team, which the participants will experience at the next level. All games will be indoors and small sided (3v3-6v6) to provide maximum touches throughout the day. This smaller playing environment will create more opportunity for the prospective student athletes to be involved and will show the coaches in attendance how the players perform in high pressure situations.

Each player will receive a Ferris State soccer shirt. There will be a recruiting seminar aiming to help campers and parents maneuver the difficult recruiting process. Current Bulldog players will also be around the camp so they will have the opportunity to answer questions campers have throughout the day.
