Bulldog Sports Update To Air Daily Each Morning On Sunny 97.3 FM
Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University, in partnership with
its flagship home of the Bulldog Sports Network Sunny 97.3 FM, has
announced local fans can now catch the "Bulldog Sports Update" on a
daily basis each weekday morning at approximately 7:30 a.m.
(ET).
The Bulldog Sports Update, which debuted last year as a
twice-weekly segment, has been expanded to a daily format Monday
thru Friday as part of the "Radio Caffeine" morning show co-hosted
by Sunny 97.3's Steve Masters and Scott
Roman.
On Monday's, Rob Bentley, who serves as the voice
of the Ferris State football and basketball teams, will again recap
all the weekend action.
A live guest will be interviewed live inside the Sunny 97.3 FM
studio each Tuesday morning, beginning this week with FSU Athletics
Director Perk Weisenburger, who will help kickoff
another year of Bulldog Athletics.
On Wednesday's, Roman will sit down and discuss the matchup ahead
with a Bulldog head coach. New FSU head coach Tony
Annese will be featured this fall.
A different studio guest associated with FSU Athletics will appear
live on "Radio Caffeine" each Thursday morning with both the
Tuesday and Thursday guests slated to rotate throughout the
year.
Finally, the voice of Bulldog Hockey, Dominic
Hennig, will preview the weekend action each Friday
morning.
In addition to listening to the show live locally on Sunny 97.3,
fans can also listen to archived versions of selected segments
utilizing the "audio" tab at FerrisStateBulldogs.com. The show also streams
live online each morning at the link below.
For the second consecutive year, Sunny 97.3 FM will again carry
Bulldog football and hockey along with men's and women's basketball
contests in 2012-13. All games are also streamed live online
at FerrisStateBulldogs.com.
