Happy Holidays! Ticket Office Information For Holiday Break

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's and women's basketball teams along with the nationally-ranked Bulldog Hockey squad will open up the New Year at home the first week of January.

Fans interested in attending FSU's Jan. 3 and 5 contests can purchase tickets in advance.  Due to the holiday break, the FSU Athletics Ticket Office will close at 5 p.m. (ET) on Friday, Dec. 21.  The ticket office inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at 9 a.m. (ET).

However, during the holiday break, fans can still purchase tickets in advance 24 hours a day, seven days a week thru Star Tickets by calling 1-800-585-3737 or by visiting StarTickets.com.

The FSU Athletics Ticket Office will resume normal business hours on Jan. 2.  The normal hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extended hours on Wednesday's until 7 p.m. (ET).  The box office also opens on home game Saturday's at 12 p.m. (ET) and more information can be obtained by calling (231) 591-2888.

The Bulldog men's and women's basketball teams will return to Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action by hosting league newcomer Malone on Thursday, Jan. 3, with the men's game set to tipoff at 6 p.m. (ET) and the women's game to follow at 8 p.m. (ET) inside Jim Wink Arena.  Fans purchasing tickets in advance directly thru the FSU Athletics Ticket Office can receive two tickets for the price of one.

Then, on Saturday, Jan. 5, FSU will host a tripleheader inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex.  Bulldog Basketball starts the day by hosting Walsh at 1 p.m. (ET) for the men and 3 p.m. (ET) for the women.  It will be Kids Day with all kids in grades K-12 admitted free with a paid adult.

Finally, Bulldog Hockey hosts Michigan State in their first contest of the New Year on Jan. 5 with faceoff set for 5:05 p.m. (ET) at the Ewigleben Ice Arena.  Fans can save by purchasing hockey tickets in advance over the normal gameday rates.

In addition to reopening on Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the FSU Athletics Ticket Office will also hold extended hours on Thursday, Jan. 3, until 8:30 p.m.
