The second-seeded Ferris State University Bulldogs host seventh-seeded Harding (Ark.) in the first round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs this Saturday, Nov. 17, in Big Rapids, Mich. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. (ET) in the Super Region Three matchup at Top Taggart Field. The contest will be a rematch of last year's regional final won by Harding 16-14 on a field goal as time exprired in the Super Region Three title game.
Tickets for Ferris State's home playoff game are on sale now and fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $7 for senior citizens (age 65+) along with $5 for students in grades K-12. In addition, FSU students and college students from competing schools with a valid ID card are also $5. Children ages five and under are free. FREE football playoff tickets for the Bulldogs' first round game will be available for pickup to the first 500 FSU students with a valid student ID card at the FSU Athletics Ticket Office located inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex. The free student tickets are first come-first served and available whiles supplies last. All tickets must be picked up in person, no phone orders will be allowed and a maximum of four tickets per student with four valid student ID's will be distributed.
Per NCAA policy, no comp passes or regular-season passes of any type will be accepted.
Fans can purchase playoff tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.StarTickets.com or call (800) 585-3737. Tickets may also be purchased in person thru the FSU Athletics Ticket Office located inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex. The ticket office is open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET) with extended hours on Wednesday until 7 p.m. (ET).
Saturday's game will be carried live locally by the Bulldog Sports Network and Sunny 97.3 FM with the veteran broadcast team of Rob Bentley (play-by-play) and Sandy Gholston (color) calling the action. Pregame coverage gets underway at 12:30 p.m. (ET). The contest will also be streamed with FREE live audio and video online at FerrisStateBulldogs.com. FSU will also provide live internet statistics.
