Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University Athletics Department has announced plans for a bus trip to Ann Arbor for the Bulldogs' final Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) regular-season game ever against the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, March 2.
Ferris State will offer a charter bus and possibly two depending on demand for fans interested in traveling to the contest at Yost Ice Arena. The game will mark FSU's final regular-season tilt in the 42-year history of the CCHA. The departure time is to be announced for the 7:35 p.m. (ET) puck drop.
The cost for the trip is $25 for current FSU students with ID or $35 for adults, which includes the game ticket and the bus ride. Fans should call the FSU Athletics Ticket Office at (231) 591-2888 as soon as possible to reserve seats on the motor coach transportation.
The Bulldogs open their final regular-season series against the Wolverines on March 1 at Yost Ice Arena. Both weekend games are set to be televised nationally with the Friday night opener live on CBS Sports Network and the regular-season final being aired live on Fox Sports Detroit.

The puck will drop this Friday, Feb. 15, at 7:05 p.m. (ET) for the opening game of the weekend set and is being billed as "International Night" sponsored by the Office of International Education. The night's activities will also include a special team picture giveaway along with a "Frozen Four" poster drawing.
Meanwhile, the final contest on Saturday, Feb. 16, will serve as FSU's annual "Senior Night" game with Fox Sports Detroit set to broadcast the contest live as part of "Hockey Day In Michigan" coverage beginning at 5:05 p.m. (ET). Tickets are already extremely limited for the last regular-season home game in the CCHA.
Ferris State fans are encouraged to wear red, come early and cheer loud for the Bulldogs as part of a "Red Out" effort on Feb. 16. FSU will honor its senior class during a special "Senior Night" pregame ceremony and the first 500 fans will receive free thundersticks. A special "Skate with the Dawgs" event will also take place following the regular-season home finale.
