Ferris State Athletics Announces Fan-First Ticketing Experience With vivenu
Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University Athletics has officially announced a new partnership with vivenu, a global leader in advanced event ticketing technology.
Beginning this summer, Bulldog fans will be able to utilize vivenu's next-generation platform to purchase tickets for all home contests during the upcoming 2026-27 season.
As one of the country's most decorated NCAA programs, Ferris State is embracing upgraded technology that puts fans first and gives the athletics department full control over their ticketing strategy. The new system — powered by vivenu — will be live at FerrisStateBulldogs.com/Tickets in the coming days with both season and single-game football tickets expected to go on sale on or before July 20.
With vivenu, Bulldog fans will benefit from a seamless, mobile-first experience when buying and managing tickets. The platform enables FSU to run tailored sales campaigns, distribute targeted promo codes, and offer fans personal accounts to manage their tickets — a major step toward a fully modernized game day experience.
"We are excited about the opportunity to partner with vivenu," said Rob Bentley, Associate Athletic Director. "This new platform will improve the user experience for our fans, making it easier and smoother to get their hands on tickets for our events. In addition, the new system allows us to be more flexible with how we get tickets to the consumers. It takes our ticket-buying experience to the next level."
This partnership reflects a shared vision: delivering a smarter, more connected fan experience while giving athletic departments the freedom to scale, adapt, and grow. With vivenu's API-first, fully white-labeled solution, Ferris State can design ticketing journeys that match its brand and ambition — without compromise.
"Our partnership with Ferris State University goes far beyond a typical platform launch," said Darby M. Roggow, Director of Collegiate Partnerships at vivenu. "By choosing vivenu, Ferris State gains full control over their ticketing operations — from advanced mobile experiences to dynamic promotions and real-time fan engagement. In a time when college athletics is evolving faster than ever, we're proud to equip FSU with the tools to lead, not follow."
