Ferris State STUNT Finishes St. Louis Trip With Setback To #7 Maryville

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University STUNT team, which is ranked 17th nationally this week, finished up its weekend trip to St. Louis with a 28-8 setback on Sunday (March 1) to seventh-ranked host Maryville (Mo.).

The Sunday decision in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) action followed a Saturday day one slate that saw FSU open with a 12-0 triumph over Southwest Baptist (Mo.) before a 27-16 loss to 13th-ranked Drury (Mo.).

Following the weekend, the Bulldogs are now 5-4 overall to date in their first season of competitive action this year.

Ferris State will hit the road and travel to Texas next weekend for four matches on Friday and Saturday, March 6-7, in Austin. FSU is slated to face Texas A&M, Southern Nazarene, St. Edwards (Texas) and Texas Woman's in the event.
