Big Rapids, Mich. - The 2012 Ferris State University football team will hold its annual postseason awards banquet on Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center in Big Rapids, Mich.
Registration will begin at 12:30 p.m. (ET) with lunch/dinner to be served at 1:30 p.m. (ET) and the program to follow.
All Bulldog fans and parents are invited and encouraged to attend the annual event. The cost is $20 per person, which includes dinner. Parents and fans are asked to please RSVP by e-mail to Assistant Coach Brad Corpe (firstname.lastname@example.org) so the proper arrangements can be made. All players are included in the count so there is no need to RSVP for them.
The annual FSU football banquet is a special event that gives the Bulldogs an opportunity to bring the entire Ferris football family together at the conclusion of the season. First-year head coach Tony Annese along with players and staff will join those in attendance in reflecting upon this season's accomplishments.
The banquet will occur the day following Ferris' final contest of the season, which is set for Saturday, Nov. 10, when the Bulldogs visit Northern Michigan for a 1 p.m. (ET) league tilt inside the Superior Dome in Marquette, Mich.
Prior to the season finale at NMU, the Bulldogs will face Michigan Tech, Wayne State and Northwood as they continue GLIAC North Division action. FSU hosts Michigan Tech for "Dog Day" this Saturday (Oct. 20) with kickoff set for 1 p.m. (ET) at Top Taggart Field.
