Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University junior forward Andy Huff (Howell) has picked up this week's Postgame® Offensive Player of the Week honor from the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA).
Huff had two goals in the Bulldogs' 7-3 home-opening win over Mercyhurst on Friday (Oct. 19) night at the Ewigleben Ice Arena and added both a goal and an assist in FSU's 3-3 overtime tie against the Lakers on Saturday (Oct. 20) night.
On the weekend, Huff finished with a +2 rating and totaled a team-high nine shots on goal as FSU recorded a 1-0-1 mark inside its home facility. Two of his goals came on the power play while he also had Ferris State's opening goal in Friday night's victory.
