Former Bulldog standout Holly (Bruntjens) Holstrom is currently in her second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Bulldogs.

Holstrom served as a volunteer assistant in 2012 under interim head coach Dawn Thompson before joining the staff of first-year head coach Marie Foster this spring.  

In 2012, she helped Ferris State to a 31-24 overall record. FSU won 15 of its final 21 contests en route to reaching the championship round of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Tournament and narrowly missing an NCAA Division II National Tournament bid.  

She ranked as one of the Bulldogs' top pitchers during a standout collegiate career under previous head coach Keri Becker.
